Environmental integration

I'On
I'On, a 243 acre infill project close to historic Charleston, has 759 housing units, commercial and public spaces, two community centres and three man-made lakes. The development is bisected by an ecologically sensitive wetland corridor.

Watercolor
This 499 acre Southern coastal resort was designed to evolve into a full time community. Watercolor is nestled between the shores of Florida's gulf coast and the banks of a rare coastal dune lake. The community includes 1,140 residences, 100,000 square feet of commercial space and a 60 room inn. The centrepiece of the town is the 600-foot long "Cerulean Park" which features a butterfly garden tended by horticulturists. Nearly half the site is devoted to open space and preservation areas.

Daniel Island
Daniel Island is a 4,000 acre island town located in the city limits of historic Charleston, South Carolina. Integrated with the island's natural beauty are traditional neighbourhoods, community parks, bike and walking trails, schools and churches, retail businesses, corporate offices and world-class recreational opportunities.
