Watercolor This 499 acre Southern coastal resort was designed to evolve into a full time community. Watercolor is nestled between the shores of Florida's gulf coast and the banks of a rare coastal dune lake. The community includes 1,140 residences, 100,000 square feet of commercial space and a 60 room inn. The centrepiece of the town is the 600-foot long "Cerulean Park" which features a butterfly garden tended by horticulturists. Nearly half the site is devoted to open space and preservation areas. |
