  Mission Station
The Mission Station is a TOD adjacent to a light rail station on the Gold Line between a tradtitional neighbourhood and a revitalised historic neighbourhood centre. Sixty-seven condominiums, 5,500 square feet of retail space, a bicycle store, and a storage facility are designed to accomodate people interested in cummuting to work by train.
   

 

 

  Habersham
Located just south of Charleston, this 275 acre community provides the Lowcountry with a viable alternative to the suburban sprawl. Habersham is positioned along an inlet less than a mile from the intercoastal waterway. With its sizable town centre, 1,000 homes, live/work, retail and post office, Habersham serves as the urban hub for surrounding villages.
   

 

 

  Home Town
Originally the location of Mangham Municipal Airport, Home Town began its new life with a DPZ-led charrette in 1998. When completed, there will be 1,400 homes on 300 acres - built in a variety of local vernacular styles - town homes, garden homes, manor homes and an independant living centre for retirees.
