Secura™ Exterior Flooring

Structural flooring for tiled balconies made easy

Product Details

Secura™ Exterior Flooring is an external structural flooring substrate for tile finishes over timber or lightweight steel floor joists, and it can contribute to a 7-star rating.

Simple and fast to install, it is sealed on all sides with an advanced polymer coating that helps adhesion and helps provide extra peace of mind against moisture damage to balconies and decks.

Pre-drilling and screwing is not required as they can be gun nailed, and underside mesh reinforcement provides extra strength and impact resistance. The tongue and groove joint removes the requirement for blocking, which can help to speed up the installation process. It is an ideal alternative to particle board, plywood or compressed fibre cement.

Key Features

  • Available in 19mm and 22mm thicknesses
  • Can be gun-nailed
  • Can contribute to 7 stars without the need to modify the flooring structure on second storeys and can provide an improved star-rating compared to particle board.
  • It can be exposed to the elements for up to 3 months without warping or twisting
  • Resistant to rot, and damage from termites and moisture
  • 25-year product warranty
  • Australian Made
