The Cashback Offer

The first 800 trade customers (excluding retailers which purchase the Products from a wholesaler) who:

  1. holds or opens a trade account at a Participating Store; and
  2. places an order for the Products worth at least AUD$5,000 (excl GST) in a single transaction at a Participating Store during the Cashback Period,

will be eligible for one AUD$1,000 cashback in the form of a prepaid digital Mastercard debit card, which should be claimed during the Claim Period and in accordance with the Claim Instructions.

Limit of one (1) Cashback Offer per trade customer during the Cashback Period (see clause 3 of these terms and conditions).

Retailers which purchase the Products from a wholesaler are not eligible to claim.

Cashback Period

The Cashback Offer is available for purchases of Products made from the dates set out below, although the Promoter may extend the Cashback Offer in its absolute discretion. Any extension will be advertised via the Promoter’s website and social media channels:

  • 9am 1 July 2024 AEST; to
  • 5pm 30 September 2024 AEST.

Claim Period

All claims must be submitted by 5pm on 10 October 2024.

Claim Instructions

Prior to the end of the Claim Period, an eligible entrant must send an SMS to +61 448 737 256 containing the following information. Only the first 800 claims will be accepted:

  1. First name;
  2. Last name;
  3. Email address; and
  4. A copy of the purchase receipt/invoice which clearly shows an eligible purchase of the Products as well as the total amount paid, quantity of Products, location of purchase and date of purchase (a Valid Claim).
The AUD$1,000 Cashback prepaid digital Mastercard debit card will be issued via email to the trade customer within 30 days from receiving the Valid Claim.

Cashback Offer Restrictions

  1. The Cashback Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over and only the first 800 claims will be accepted;

  2. The Promoter is responsible for determining, in its absolute discretion, whether a person or business is eligible for the Cashback Offer. The Promoter may require reasonable proof that a person meets the requirements of the Cashback Offer as set out in these terms and conditions;

  3. A person or company may only make one claim for the Cashback Offer during the Cashback Period, regardless of how many ABN’s they trade under or how many orders are placed for Products. The Cashback Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, cashback or otherwise. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify any claim where it suspects a duplicate claim or other suspicious activity;

  4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or business who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct deemed to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Cashback Offer;

  5. The prepaid digital debit card will be issued by Mastercard and is subject to third party terms and conditions including any issued by Mastercard. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for and will not be liable for any breach of or non-compliance with any such terms and conditions;

  6. Entrants must have an Australian mobile number to receive/activate the debit card;

  7. Activation is required within 6 months of the issue date. The debit card will not be replaced once the activation period expires and funds will be forfeited. After activation, the debit card is valid for 36 months;

  8. All debit cards are issued in Australian Dollars;

  9. Debit cards are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other form of prize;

  10. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for lost debit cards, nor is the Promoter responsible for the claimant’s use of the debit card;

  11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as statutory consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Cashback Offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the debit card.

  12. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties required for the provision of the debit card. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the Cashback Offer.
