TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   The Promoter is James Hardie Australia Pty Ltd ABN 12 084 635 558 of Level 20, 60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. The Cashback Offer
   A trade customer who, during the Cashback Period:
   1. holds or opens a trade account at a participating Total Tools & Hardware Group store listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions (Participating Store); and
   2. places an order for AUD$7,500 or more of the participating Hardie™ products (Products) at a Participating Store in a single transaction,
   will be eligible for one (1) AUD$1,000 cashback in the form of an Activ Visa eGift Card (Gift Card), which should be claimed during the Claim Period and in accordance with the Claim Instructions. Only the first 100 Valid Claims will be accepted. Limit of one (1) Cashback Offer per trade customer during the Cashback Period (see clause 3 of these terms and conditions).
3. Cashback Period
   The Cashback Offer is available for purchases of Products made between 9:00am (AEDT) on 1 March 2026 and 5:00pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2026 at a Participating Store.
4. Participating Stores
   Please see table of Participating Stores at the end of these terms and conditions.
   This table may be, at the Promoter’s discretion, expanded from time to time during the Cashback Period to include additional Participating Stores. The most up-to-date table of Participating Stores can be viewed at https://www.jameshardie.com.au/wwh/tthg/terms
5. Products
   One or more of the following:
   • Hardie™ Secura™ Flooring
   • Stria™ Cladding Fine Texture
   • Hardie™ Fine Texture Cladding
   • Hardie™ Brushed Concrete Cladding
   • Hardie™ Oblique™ Cladding
   • Stria™ Cladding
   • Linea™ Weatherboard
   • Axon™ Cladding
   • Matrix™ Cladding
6. Claim Period
   All claims must be submitted by 5:00pm (AEDT) on 30 April 2026.
7. Claim Instructions
   Prior to the end of the Claim Period, an eligible entrant must send an SMS to +61 491 203 408 containing the following:
   1. First name;
   2. Last name;
   3. Email address; and
   4. A copy of the purchase receipt or invoice clearly showing an eligible purchase of the Products, the total amount paid, quantity of Products, Participating Store of purchase, and date of purchase (Valid Claim).
   
   The Gift Card will be issued to the trade customer via email within 21 days from receiving the Valid Claim.
8. Cashback Offer Restrictions
   1. The Cashback Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   2. The Promoter is responsible for determining, in its absolute discretion, whether a person or business is eligible for the Cashback Offer. The Promoter may require reasonable proof that a person meets the requirements of the Cashback Offer as set out in these terms and conditions. The Cashback Offer is conditional upon the eligible purchase of Products and will be rescinded if the final order no longer qualifies. If a trade customer returns an order or exchanges it for a product that is not eligible under the Cashback Offer, the cashback prepaid Visa debit card previously issued by the Promoter must be returned in full.
   3. A person may only make one claim for the Cashback Offer during the Cashback Period, regardless of how many ABN’s they trade under or how many orders are placed for Products. The Cashback Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, cashback or otherwise. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify any claim where it suspects a duplicate claim or other suspicious activity.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or business who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct deemed to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Cashback Offer
   5. The Cashback Offer is limited to the first 100 eligible trade customers who submit a Valid Claim in accordance with these terms and conditions. Once 100 Valid Claims have been received by the Promoter, no further cashback claims will be accepted, regardless of whether the claim otherwise meets the eligibility criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the order of valid claims based on the time and date of receipt.
   6. The prepaid debit card will be issued by Visa and is subject to third party terms and conditions including any issued by Visa. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for and will not be liable for any breach of or non-compliance with any such terms and conditions.
   7. Entrants must have an Australian mobile number to receive/activate the debit card.
   8. Activation is required within 6 months of the issue date. The debit card will not be replaced once the activation period expires and funds will be forfeited. After activation, the debit card is valid for 36 months.
   9. All debit cards are issued in Australian Dollars.
   10. Debit cards are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other form of prize.
   11. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for lost debit cards, nor is the Promoter responsible for the claimant’s use of the debit card.
   12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as statutory consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Cashback Offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the debit card.
   13. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties required for the provision of the debit card. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the Cashback Offer.
   14. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact the office of the Promoter.
