Discover the latest project from Futureflip featuring both Axon™ Cladding 133 smooth and Linea™ Weatherboards 180mm. Futureflip have designed and are building this detached dual occupancy project for a family who are looking to maximise the value of their block by living in one of the homes and selling the other as a development. For this project, the homeowners want to create two distinct styles of homes that stand out on the street but still complement each other.
They have chosen to go with a Box Modern home on the North side. To complete this look they have chosen Axon™ Cladding and will paint it in a dark grey. On the South side they are building a Modern Coastal home painted in crisp white. Futureflip knew Linea™ Weatherboardss were the perfect product to achieve this look.
Both these James Hardie products come pre-primed and ready to paint and because they are both quick and easy to install, the homeowners will be moving into their new place before they know it!
