As of 2021, as part of our Zero Harm Culture initiative, James Hardie has partnered with ISN to help our company objectively manage our onsite high-risk contractor qualification requirements and streamline our contractor data management processes.

ISNetworld will serve as James Hardie’s primary onsite high-risk contractor management system to objectively manage contractor qualification requirements and streamline our contractor data management processes. This will support our Zero Harm drive to ensure that all of our onsite high-risk contractors are safe and compliant when representing James Hardie.

We are currently in the process of onboarding new and existing supplier companies who provide onsite high-risk contract services to James Hardie sites. As we progress forward with the prequalification and onboarding of new onsite high-risk contractors, ISNetworld will engage and support high-risk contractors to achieve an acceptable rating based on the risk associated with the work they are engaged in.

If your company is a current subscriber to ISNetworld, there is no additional fee; however, please ensure that your company has completed the requirements which are specific to James Hardie.

Contractors can manage company and individual level safety information within their ISNetworld subscription. ISN will work with the contractor to provide information in order to verify and evaluate the information based on James Hardie criteria:

<li>Written Environmental, Health and Safety Programs</li>
<li>Certificates of Currency of Insurance</li>
</ul>
