Hardie™ Flex Eaves Lining

A fibre cement flat sheet designed for eaves

Product Details

Hardie™ Flex Eaves Lining is a smooth, flat, square-edged sheet specifically made for eave overhangs. It is a versatile, low-cost and durable option. It comes in a range of sheet sizes to accommodate both wide and narrow soffits, which can help to increase speed of installation and reduce wastage.

It can be cut to size easily with the Villaboard™ Score and Snap Knife, minimising dust on site. It can be used on either timber or light gauge steel framed homes and it is site-painted to create a flat panel look.

Hardie™ Flex Eaves Lining is specifically designed to line eaves and soffits in residential single and medium-density homes, including renovations and extensions, where a flat panel look is required. For eaves or soffits wider than 750mm, Hardie™ Flex Sheets can be used.

Key Features

  • Can be gun nailed or hand nailed
  • Resistant to fire, impact, rot, and damage from termites and moisture
  • Can be installed to timber or light gauge steel frames
  • The sheets have an un-sanded finished surface, ideal for either semi-gloss acrylic or lightly textured semi-gloss coatings
  • 25-year product warranty
  • Australian made
