Hardie™ Secura™ Flooring is a durable structural flooring substrate ideal for wet areas including bathrooms, laundries and verandas.
More builders said they would use Hardie™ fibre cement products for wet area structural flooring in their own homes compared to other materials.* Hardie™ Secura™ Flooring is resistant to moisture damage. It features a moisture-resistant surface sealer to help reduce moisture penetration, so water beads on the surface rather than penetrates. The sealer also removes the need for full floor waterproofing outside enclosed shower areas. Also, unlike plywood or particle board, you can tile directly on to it, you can tile directly onto it without the need for underlay, helping to avoid noticeable height differences from one floor finish to the next.
